The clinic in Copenhagen

It is free and anonymous to use the services the clinic offers. You do not need a referral from your doctor, but you must reside in the Capital Region.

Both nurses and doctors work at the Contraception and Counseling Clinic. All employees are experts in sexually transmitted diseases and contraception, and their extensive knowledge and experience complement each other well.

The day-to-day manager, chief physicia Charlotte Wilken-Jensen, emphasizes that all counseling in the clinic is 100 percent individual.

"We meet people without prejudice and pointed fingers, and we start from the individual's sexual habits. So even if you might come up with something unpleasant, it can be a good experience", she says.
